Because bespoke and customized items begin crafting promptly in our atelier, orders may be amended, resized, or cancelled within 2 hours of placement without penalty. Once artisan crafting commences, custom orders become non-cancellable.

- Initiate Request: Contact client support at life@nusoky.com or WhatsApp +971 54 700 0463 with your order number and photos.
- Courier Pickup / Showroom Drop-off: We arrange a domestic courier collection across the UAE, or you may return directly to our Danat Al Sharjah showroom.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon inspection and verification by our atelier, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
