Handmade Craftsmanship & Material Nuances
Each piece in our boutique is individually handcrafted using organic botanicals, real resins, and artisan textiles. Subtle variations in dried floral arrangements, resin marble swirls, or natural textile textures are intrinsic hallmarks of authentic artisan mastery, not defects.
Custom Inscribed Products
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accurate spelling of names and dates submitted for Arabic and English calligraphy engravings. Once artisan work begins, customized pieces cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Limitation of Liability
Nusuk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products beyond the total purchase price paid for the affected order.
Dispute Resolution & Contact
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably through our client support team at life@nusoky.com or referred to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.
